Tom Hemsworth is an associate in the Corporate M&A team based in the Perth office. Tom has experience acting for clients in relation to a range of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate contracts as well as in relation to corporate governance and general corporate advisory matters.

Tom has particular experience in domestic and cross-border transactions within the energy and resources sector. He also has banking and finance experience, having acted for both borrowers and lenders on complex bilateral, club and syndicated arrangements within various industries.
