Rochelle is a multijurisdictional qualified lawyer with in-depth experience of US, English and EU banking, securities and regulatory law. She has advised investment banks and listed companies on regulatory implementation and compliance matters. This experience includes leading advice on Brexit contingency plans, FCA, SEC and EU Commission investigations covering issues such as benchmark manipulation, market abuse, global antitrust actions, multijurisdictional bankruptcy, and litigation involving complex fraud.

Throughout her career, Rochelle has demonstrated strong commercial awareness developed drafting client pitches and project managing high net worth infrastructure projects. She is a self-starter who has capitalised on an analytical, methodical and organised approach to problem-solving, gained working in fast-paced environments, in top firms in Europe and an elite law firm in a leading offshore jurisdiction. 

Rochelle is a member of the Financial Services Lawyers Association and the Society of England and American Lawyers. She is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales, and as an attorney in New York and the Turks and Caicos Islands.
