Lennon is a senior associate in the Aerospace litigation team in Singapore. He specialises in providing comprehensive legal counsel to airlines and (re)insurers. His key areas of expertise encompass advising (re)insurers, airlines and other stakeholders in the aviation sector on liability defence as well as on policy coverage matters. He has assisted with major loss claims in the APAC region.

He also has a proven track record of successfully handling complex cases. Notable highlights include guiding insurers through intricate issues such as cargo contamination, design defects, damage to offshore oil rigs and subsea cable insulation. His extensive experience also extends to advising on policy matters related to civil unrest, infectious diseases / business interruption claims arising from the Covid-19 pandemic, trade credit insurance disputes, and Bankers Blanket Bond in cases of employee fraud.

He has also advised on various matters which involve elements of fraud such as suspicious grounding and sinking of vessels, and fraudulent investment schemes across multiple jurisdictions.
