HFW Partner, Stephen Drury will be speaking at this conference on the current proposal for a European regulation for ship recycling. The presentation will cover the proposed legislation in the context of the existing EU waste shipment regulation, the Basel convention on the trans-boundary movement of hazardous wastes and the Hong Kong International Ship Recycling Convention signed in Hong Kong in May 2009.
