Tom is an Associate in the Construction team in our Melbourne office. Tom is qualified in the Republic of Ireland and has both contentious and non-contentious construction experience.

On the contentious side, Tom has mainly worked on disputes relating to both commercial and residential development.

On the non-contentious side, Tom has been involved in the negotiation and completion of building contracts and professional appointments. Tom has also conducted construction due diligence within the context of large-scale M&A and finance transactions.

Tom holds an L.L.B from Trinity College, Dublin. Before qualifying as a lawyer, Tom was previously a professional Rugby Union player with Leinster in Ireland and the Melbourne Rebels and Western Force in Australia.
