About Leigh

Leigh is an asset finance and leasing partner working from our Sydney office and also spends time in our Singapore office. He has nearly 21 years experience, including over 16 years being based in Asia. He has particular skills in aircraft and equipment finance, cross-border leasing and structured finance transactions. He acts for airlines (including regional flag carriers), shipping companies, leasing companies, financial institutions, export-credit agencies and investors on a range of matters. His expertise includes structured asset financing (including advising on tax based structures, pre-delivery financings and securitisations), the sale, purchase and leasing of aircraft, vessels, rolling stock and other high value assets, the merger and acquisition of airlines and leasing companies, and the granting and enforcement of security. He also has experience in project and acquisition finance, restructurings and general banking.
