Sue is a Consultant in HFW's aerospace team. She is based in HFW's London office and handles regulatory and dispute resolution work for the aerospace and travel sectors. She acts for airlines, tour operators, product manufacturers, regulatory authorities, aviation insurers and industry associations. Her practice includes a focus on EU consumer, travel and passenger regulation, as well as safety regulation and licensing, in relation to which she specialises in advising airlines on their operations into the EU. In additional to regulatory matters, her practice also covers commercial litigation, dispute resolution and claims handling for aerospace clients.

Sue lectures regularly to clients and at industry conferences and seminars on aviation and regulatory issues. She is a member of the Royal Aeronautical Society. She is ranked in a number of legal directories. Chambers UK 2016 says Sue has "faultless knowledge of the aviation industry." They go on to say that she provides "succinct and practical advice" on a range of regulatory and contentious matters. Chambers UK 2015 describes her as "extremely knowledgeable" and "an absolute expert in the industry". She is further noted in Legal 500 UK 2016 as "highly respected in the industry".

Sue is qualified in England and Wales.
