Mohammed is a Partner in the HFW Riyadh office and his practice focuses on corporate and commercial matters and local litigation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He is experienced in drafting contracts and handling administrative proceedings regarding commercial securities and real estate, and has advised on the successful licensing, registration, incorporation and operation of several Saudi and non-Saudi companies across a wide variety of industries. He also has extensive experience in handling licensing and incorporation applications to the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority and to the Ministry of Commerce.

Mohammed has been counsel in a number of high profile litigation matters in the Saudi Arabia and has represented clients on numerous complex litigation cases involving intellectual property, employment matters, construction claims and the enforcement of foreign judgments.
