Summary

The focal point of the seminar will be an interactive case study led by Nick Hutton, which will follow presentations on UK and US anti-corruption law by HFW Partners, Anthony Woolich and Robert Finney and Spencer Barasch from Andrews Kurth. Spencer will draw on his 17 years' experience with the SEC, where he served in a number of senior positions in the SEC's enforcement division.

The seminar will be chaired by HFW Partner, Diana France and Ian McNeill of Andrews Kurth, both of whom have many years' experience in the energy industry.
