HFW is committed to being a responsible and sustainable business, one that considers the needs of our colleagues, our communities and our environment as well as the impacts of our actions. We are proud of what we have achieved so far but there is always more to do so we continue to review and improve our approach to ensure we are maximising our positive impact.

Our Responsible Business strategy is made up of four key areas:
