About Milly

Milly provides specialist employment and industrial relations advice for employers.

Milly was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2018 and since then has acted for a broad range of clients in the private and public sectors.

Milly has experience in acting and assisting in matters in the Fair Work Commission, Federal Circuit Court of Australia and the Australian Human Rights Commission. Milly is also experienced in workplace health and safety matters including investigations and prosecutions.

Milly’s key areas of expertise include:

  • day-to-day employment and industrial advice;
  • managing workplace disputes for clients across various industries including hospitality, retail, education, banking and finance and community services and road transport industry;
  • enforcement of post-employment obligations and restrictions against former employees;
  • employee/contractor engagements and the risks associated with misclassification;
  • adverse action, discrimination and breach of contract issues; and
  • various other employment issues, such as modern award coverage, minimum wages and leave entitlements and obligations.
