About Ben

Ben is a senior associate in our Perth office. Ben has experience in domestic and international disputes focusing on two areas: international human rights law, and the projects, construction and infrastructure sector. He has participated in some of Australia’s highest value arbitrations, as well as major international infrastructure projects

His experience in-house at Monadelphous gave him insight into the day-to-day running of construction projects, and an understanding of how contracts are administered in a practical sense. This experience enables Ben to rapidly digest and process project data, manufacturing records, and delay or disruption of workflow through a commercial and pragmatic lens.
