Rayssa is a member of our Swiss team in HFW Geneva. She regularly advises on commercial and corporate matters, assisting mainly trading and financial institutions. She also has extensive experience in civil and criminal disputes, including commercial disputes, debt-collection proceedings, cross-border litigations and international arbitrations.

Prior to joining HFW, Rayssa worked in London in the dispute resolution team of a global renewable energy company. She also worked for a boutique law firm based in Geneva and specialised in Swiss and international dispute resolution (litigation and arbitration).

Rayssa is a Swiss qualified lawyer and holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Geneva, a Master of Laws from the University of Geneva and the Pompeu Fabra University (Barcelona), as well as a Certificate of Advanced Studies in legal Professions and a Master of Laws in Comparative and International Dispute Resolution from the School of Arbitration at Queen Mary University of London.

Rayssa is fluent in French, English, Portuguese and Spanish.
