Natsumi Gibault specialises in international and European business law in the aerospace industry. She works with airlines, lessors and public institution, advising them on day-to-day operations, transactions and litigation. She covers a variety of legal matters, including regulatory issues or drafting and negotiation of commercial contract.

Natsumi works on a daily basis on operational leases and aircraft purchase agreements.

Recent work includes : advising a French Public finance institution on the refinancing of three helicopters and a French airline on the purchase of 5 new aircraft with new engines.

Natsumi is fluent in French and English and has intermediary level in Japanese.
