Michala qualified as a solicitor in 2019, after training at Vinson & Elkins.

Her previous experience includes working as a construction paralegal on large international arbitrations including the MT Hojgard/Robin Rigg case and as a trainee on the Panama Canal Arbitrations as well as secondment in Dubai working on maritime construction disputes. She has predominantly worked on large-scale international construction arbitrations including PPP infrastructure and solar energy projects as well as pre-dispute advice.
