Amanda specializes in complex commercial disputes and litigation. Her practice focuses on liability monitoring for the property casualty, commercial auto and energy sectors. In addition to her monitoring practice, she has significant experience in representing domestic and international insurers in coverage litigation relating to commercial general liability, umbrella and excess liability and energy risk policies. She has handled numerous coverage disputes involving first party and third party insurance claims focusing on casualty, property, auto and personal injury.

Amanda also has extensive experience in commercial litigation involving subrogation, products liability and breach of contract matters. Amanda's experience with coverage litigation and insurance defense provides her a unique perspective to advise insurers regarding coverage issues in addition to evaluating liability defenses and assessing damages exposure.

Amanda is admitted to practice in all Texas state courts and before the United States District Courts for the Southern, Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas. She is also admitted to practice in all the Louisiana state and federal courts and the US Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
