Our multi-jurisdictional team advise clients on compliance and procedures relating to export and re-export of sophisticated or other special products, services and technology such as exports of certain dual-use products and services, both military and non-military, and sensitive or otherwise targeted countries and regions.

We also advise on international trade sanctions and sector-specific controls, including proliferation of missiles, chemical weapons or nuclear technology and antiterrorism controls, anti-boycott regulations and anti-bribery and other similar issues such as the accounting provisions of the OECD Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in International Business Transactions and the UK Bribery Act 2010.
