About Sarah

Sarah specialises in international commodity trade and shipping. Her practice includes advising on trade structures, contract drafting, financing, litigation and arbitration. She is experienced in both physical and derivative commodity contracts. Sarah deals with long term supply projects (including pre-pay, off-take and term supply contracts) and day to day trading and operational issues, including standard form trading documentation. She advises across the spectrum of energy commodities and natural resources and has particular expertise in base and precious metals.

Sarah has extensive experience of litigation in the Commercial Court in London, and of arbitration including LCIA, UNCITRAL, ICC and ad hoc agreements.

Sarah has been ranked for 10 years and is listed in Chambers UK as recommended by clients, who comment: “She is very responsive and knows her stuff. She is a very good client lawyer enjoying a rising market profile for the quality of her work”.
