Livija is an associate in the Commodities team in Sydney. She has experience advising and representing P&I clubs, vessel owners, charterers, freight forwarders, stevedores and warehousing operators in contentious and non-contentious matters including in respect of damage to cargo, damage to vessels, vessel arrests and contracts of carriage (including bills of lading and charter parties).

Livija also has experience advising insurers, vessel operators and airlines in maritime and aviation personal injury matters. She also has gained valuable industry experience and exposure having been on secondment at a major P&I club.
