Ethna Caulfield is an associate in the corporate M&A team in Perth. Her practice includes advising Australian and international clients on a wide range of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, corporate restructurings and reorganisations, foreign investment approvals, joint ventures and commercial contracts.

Ethna also undertakes a wide range of advisory work, advising on company law issues, corporate governance matters and Australia's complex foreign direct investment regime. She has extensive international experience which allows her to effectively manage and advise on cross-border transactions.
