Sophie has experience in mergers and acquisitions, infrastructure projects, restructurings, commercial contracts and general company law matters. She has assisted clients particularly across the shipping, ports & terminals and logistics sectors.

Sophie speaks French and German and has completed a secondment with the firm's Paris office.
