Rita Bradshaw is a special counsel based in our Sydney office. She specialises in property transactions and projects and has significant experience in complex acquisitions and disposals of commercial, industrial, rural and large-scale residential real estate. She has over 12 years' experience across leasing, capital acquisitions and disposals, the sale and purchase of businesses, titling and structuring and providing general property advice including transfer duty and property taxation advice.

Rita has in-depth knowledge of the property market and has a strong interest in regeneration and renewable property and development projects. She has acted for international and domestic mid-size development companies and owners on a range of projects, including mixed use projects, agribusiness investments, social infrastructure projects, transport hubs and commercial buildings. She has acted for tenants and landlords, listed and unlisted Australian property trusts, foreign investors, multinational corporations, family office and private clients, and large domestic and international (firm based) M&A clients.
