More about Marc-Anthony

Marc-Anthony is a corporate and litigation lawyer with particular focus in business law. During his time at a renowned Hong Kong law firm, he integrated a team of lawyers in charge of conducting due diligence in company take-overs involving employment and corporate law matters. His experience in corporate law includes drafting and negotiating transactions documents, share purchase agreements, assets deals, article of associations and disclosure documents. Prior to working in Honk Kong, Marc-Anthony practiced in Singapore where he assisted lawyers in commercial contracts and corporate law matters. He also took part in alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

Before moving to south-east Asia, Marc-Anthony worked for a renowned Swiss law firm with particular focus in litigation, including pleading before the civil and criminal courts. During his time in Geneva, he also worked for a leading Swiss law firm, where he assisted the banking law department in the implementation of the "US Tax Program" for a major Swiss bank.

He is particularly knowledgeable in Swiss business law as well as in civil and criminal procedures.

Marc-Anthony is a graduate of Duke University School of law, where he obtained an LL.M. in business law and holds a Bachelor and Master Degrees from Geneva University. During his studies, he also spent one year at Zurich University.

Marc-Anthony is qualified in Switzerland.

Since our Geneva office opened in 2010, it has been integral to the continued development of the firm's world-renowned shipping and commodities practices.
