- Litigated a multi-faceted products liability and indemnity lawsuit filed in the Western District involving an alleged defective valve that caused extensive property damage to a San Antonio Veteran's hospital; case required service on Chinese corporation under The Hague Convention.
- Litigated a suit involving a catastrophic pipeline explosion with severe personal injury damages; drafted summary judgment motion on indemnity and contractual issues, which immediately triggered a settlement well below the client’s liability level.
- Successfully drafted a motion for summary judgment based on an insurance carrier’s breach of fiduciary duty and failure to indemnify and defend a Fortune 500 Company in a lawsuit alleging $20 million in damages.
- Represented a prominent oil and gas company in a limitation of liability lawsuit involving damage to the company’s pipeline exceeding $40 million dollars.
