As well as HFW Partners John Barlow, Robert Finney and Edouard Taÿ Pamart, speakers will include Raymond Cox QC, Fountain Court Chambers and Tom Robinson, RGL Forensics.

The seminar will cover the following areas:

• Legal implications of manipulation including the likelihood of third parties bringing claims against financial institutions.
• Practical examples of how losses might arise.
• Where regulatory intervention is likely to occur.
• The insurance implications and how underwriters might wish to address these situations going forward.
