HFW wins award for customer satisfaction

In November 2011, Legal Week magazine published its annual Client Satisfaction Report. In the 8th annual survey, which is based on feedback from over 1000 companies, HFW received the highest ranking of major London-based firms outside the top 10, with an average client satisfaction score of 8.3 out of 10.

In responses to the survey, HFW was particularly praised for "commercial advice", "quality and clarity of legal advice", "knowledge of industry" and "personal relationships". The survey was conducted with senior in-house counsel in the UK, US, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. In the UK, it included large privately owned companies, FTSE and AIM-listed companies and public sector organisations.
