HFW extends construction capability with Special Counsel hire

International law firm Holman Fenwick Willan (HFW) continues to expand its Australian Construction and Projects practice with the recruitment of construction litigator David Ulbrick who has joined the firm's Perth office as Special Counsel, effective 30 November 2015.

David specialises in construction, particularly in the resources sector, and is experienced in advising on all aspects of project delivery and disputes work (supporting negotiation, mediation, expert determination, security of payment legislation applications, arbitration and litigation).

David has qualifications in civil engineering and has worked on a number of construction sites (including the award winning Adelaide Desalination Project) as well as with a boutique marine engineering firm.
