HFW extends leading commodities practice with Partner hire

International law firm Holman Fenwick Willan (HFW) is delighted to announce the recruitment of Marc Weisberger, who has joined the firm's world leading commodities practice as a Partner, effective 1 April 2015.

Marc has a recognised reputation and track record in the commodities sector, having held roles in private practice, industry (including legal and commercial positions at Glencore) and most recently with his own advisory business. He has extensive experience of trading and investment transactions, restructurings and trade finance across the energy, metals and softs markets. His clients include senior management and general counsel of trading houses, banks, investment firms, producers and energy distribution companies.
