Court gives judgment on the Insurance Act 2015
Since the Insurance Act 2015 came into force in August 2016, there have been few judgments considering its provisions. Therefore, Scotbeef v D&S Storage (in liquidation)1 will be of interest. The court has given some consideration to s9 (basis clauses) in particular, as well as the transparency requirements.
