This seminar will look at a number of new cases and recent developments in construction law.

Summary

The seminar will involve four 15 minute talks each based around a recent development or an issue of topical importance. Subjects will include:

• Smash and Grab Adjudications: important new case setting out court guidelines on how they will be dealt with
• New TCC case on contract clauses that give no EOT for concurrent delay
• What to do to guard against your JV partner going bust.
