About Gordon
Gordon is an experienced aviation lawyer who advises on contentious and non-contentious matters across the spectrum of aviation companies and their insurers, including airlines, airports, ground handlers, cargo terminals, maintenance and repair organisations, business jet operators and managers, fixed base operators, and product manufacturers.
He has a broad range of experience of contentious aerospace matters in several jurisdictions, including litigation, class actions, inquests and a UK Government-appointed independent review. He also regularly advises on non-contentious issues, including advice on commercial agreements and contractual liability language and exposures.
Gordon’s broad experience of contentious aerospace matters has allowed him to help clients in several jurisdictions on litigation, class actions, inquests and inquiries. He is currently involved in both Hong Kong High Court litigation and an HKIAC administered arbitration.
Gordon is particularly experienced with aviation-related product liability claims. As a result, he regularly advises aviation entities on non-contentious issues such as regulatory matters, risk management and contractual liability exposures.
Gordon is qualified in England and Wales and Hong Kong.
