About Vivien
Vivien is a Senior Associate in our Hong Kong office. Vivien has a broad practice and has extensive experience advising on a wide range of legal issues.
On the contentious side, clients include major airlines, airports, ground handlers, cargo terminals, maintenance and repair organisations, business jet operators, managers and other aviation entities as well as their insurers. She regularly advises them on a broad range of disputes including contractual and commercial claims, passenger and crew injury as well as baggage and cargo claims. She is also experienced in defending individuals and corporations in various regulatory and criminal investigations commenced by public authorities. She has supported clients in both Chinese and English interviews conducted by the Police and the Air Accident Investigation Authority in Hong Kong and advised clients on air accidents involving fatal claims.
On the non-contentious side, she has provided advice on both Chinese and English commercial agreements. She has advised clients on the drafting and negotiation of contracts, contractual wording and exposures, insurance coverage and regulatory matters.
Vivien regularly contributes articles to HFW’s Aviation Bulletin and is a native speaker in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
