Summary

This seminar demonstrated that only by appreciating and effectively addressing the various dry and wet aspects - the law and the often challenging evidential issues - can clients expect a successful result.

The seminar, introduced by HFW Partner Dimitri Vassos, featured presentations from HFW Partners Martin Dalby and Jean Koh, along with Senior Associate Philip Carney. The presentations looked at the legal framework, key cases, implications for owners, charterers and ports in the context of typical scenarios, evidence gathering and examples of cases we have handled.
