About Gordon

Gordon is a Partner in the Aerospace team in HFW’s Hong Kong office, where he has been based since 2015.

He has over 25 years of experience advising on Hong Kong and English law issues in contentious and non-contentious cases across the spectrum of aviation companies and their insurers. Gordon routinely advises a number of leading airlines in the Greater China region on liability, regulatory and commercial issues.

Since August 2022, Gordon has been a member of the Board of Governors of the Asian Business Aviation Association (AsBAA), actively supporting and assisting the business aviation industry in both Hong Kong and across Asia more generally.  

Gordon is a regular speaker on topical aviation issues at industry conferences and client seminars, and has written several articles on aviation-related issues. He is qualified in England and Wales and Hong Kong.
