Stephanie specialises in international dispute resolution, with a particular focus on commercial disputes, commodities, shipping and trade.
She enjoys providing creative legal solutions to commercial challenges arising in connection with sale contracts, charterparties, bills of lading, and storage.
She has advised on a variety of disputes in the English High Court, Court of Appeal, and Supreme Court. Stephanie has also represented clients in international arbitration proceedings under a range of different arbitral rules.
In addition to contentious matters, Stephanie advises on day-to-day trading and shipping issues including contractual wording.
Stephanie is qualified in England and Wales.
