About Jason

Jason is a Senior Associate in HFW’s Geneva office. He is dual qualified in New York and England and has more than 10 years of experience at leading global law firms in London, Milan, Munich and Geneva.

Jason advises on structured and commodity trade finance, including advising trading houses, corporates and financial institutions on a wide range of financing transactions in the commodities markets. He also advises on corporate and sovereign bond issuances and other capital markets instruments, corporate trustee functions, securitisations, syndicated lending and derivatives.

Jason’s practice also includes advising on sustainable finance, including in relation to green and sustainability linked loans, social impact bonds and sustainable bond issuances. Jason has advised international organisations on sustainable finance programmes and regularly speaks and publishes on sustainable finance issues.
