About Shelby
Shelby is a Senior Associate in HFW’s Commodities team.
She specialises in international dispute resolution, with a focus on commercial disputes across international trade, commodities and shipping. Whilst focussed on disputes, Shelby’s expertise is not limited to contentious work and she frequently advises clients on drafting and negotiating contracts.
Shelby is experienced in international arbitration, trade arbitrations and English High Court proceedings. She also regularly advises clients on alternative dispute resolution and has strong experience of settlement and mediation.
Her practice is recognised for delivering clear, commercially focused advice across complex, cross-border disputes.
Shelby successfully completed a client secondment to a leading consumer brand and has spent time in our Monaco office. Shelby is also a member of WISTA (UK).
Shelby is qualified in Queensland, Australia, and England and Wales.
