About Junaid

Junaid is an Associate in the construction team at HFW.   Having worked in the London team, he is now based in Dubai. He specialises in dispute resolution in the construction and engineering sectors.

Junaid trained and qualified in 2018 at a leading firm in London where he worked on a wide array of both contentious and non-contentious construction matters.

Junaid has experience of advising on claims relating to extensions of time, loss and expense, payment, variations, defects, delay and termination in multiple dispute resolution forums, including adjudication, arbitration, mediation and litigation.

His experience extends to drafting and negotiating construction contracts, consultant appointments and sub-contracts and live project advice.

Junaid is a qualified lawyer in England and Wales and is a member of the Society of Construction Law.
