About Brooke

Brooke is a Senior Associate in HFW’s construction group, specialising in construction and engineering contracts and disputes including arbitration, litigation, mediation, and adjudication. Prior to joining HFW’s office in Dubai, Brooke was based in HFW’s Sydney office.

Her experience includes drafting and negotiating construction contracts and advising and acting for clients on delay and disruption claims, variations, defects and termination disputes.

Brooke has acted on matters across sectors including oil and gas projects, airports, water, highways, military infrastructure, rail, residential and renewable energy projects.

Brooke also has in-house experience as a secondee to an Australian Government Agency assisting in the negotiation of and advising on funding agreements for renewable energy projects involving wind, solar, pumped-storage hydroelectricity, waste to energy and electric vehicle infrastructure.
