About Ruergan
Ruergan is an Associate in HFW’s Construction team.
Ruergan advises on a variety of contentious construction and engineering disputes, with a particular focus on energy and infrastructure projects. He has significant experience advising on complex and technical disputes across both traditional and renewable energy projects, including processing plants, windfarms and hydrogen production facilities.
Ruergan has advised owners, contractors, subcontractors and consultants on high-value domestic and international disputes across the UK, Australia and Asia-Pacific. His experience encompasses various dispute resolution procedures, including adjudication, arbitration and litigation.
Ruergan commenced his career at HFW in 2023 in our Melbourne office. He transferred to our London office in 2025 where he practices as an Australian qualified lawyer.
