About Haya

Haya Ghannam is a registered Kuwait lawyer with English and Arabic language proficiency and sits on the corporate team in Kuwait.

Haya is currently a qualified practicing lawyer in the State of Kuwait and is a registered member of the Kuwait Bar Association. She is also on path to qualifying as a UK solicitor and has a solid foundation in comprehensive understanding of English law. She has an array of experience in varied corporate commercial transactions covering mergers due diligence reports, corporate structuring, contracts, and general commercial advisory.

Prior to joining HFW, she obtained her extensive legal educational background in English law from the UK. She has a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) obtained from SOAS, University of London in 2020 as well as a Master of Laws (LLM) from SOAS obtained in 2021. She then went on to completing the Legal Practice Course (LPC) Postgraduate Diploma from the University of Law, London in 2023.
