About Rick
Rick is a Partner and Head of the Fraud and Insolvency team.
He specialises in complex, high-value cross-border fraud and insolvency work, including claims involving breach of contract, fraud, fiduciary duties, and asset tracing. Rick also advises on offshore trust disputes in the Caribbean, Gibraltar, and other jurisdictions, and regularly works with investigators and offshore lawyers.
He has extensive experience acting for insolvency practitioners in contentious cross-border matters and has appeared in interlocutory hearings and trials in the Commercial Court in the British Virgin Islands and across the Caribbean. Rick is also experienced in advising on disputes involving parties from China, Russia and the Former Soviet Union, and the Middle East.
Rick is qualified in England and Wales and admitted in the British Virgin Islands.
