Clarity given to excluded payments under the SOP act in Victoria

The Supreme Court of Victoria has provided some clarity of the concept of ‘excluded amounts’ following the decision in Goldwind Australia Pty Ltd v ALE Heavylift (Australia) Pty Ltd.
