Richard is a Senior Associate in the construction team at HFW, specialising in dispute resolution and avoidance.

Richard has acted for contractors, sub-contractors, and employers on a range of projects.

He has advised in relation to a large number of disputes over engineering, delay and valuation issues. Richard has extensive experience of dispute resolution proceedings, including arbitration, litigation (in the English High Court and Court of Appeal), adjudication and mediation. He also has experience of advisory and non-contentious work.

Richard has a particular focus on renewable energy projects, including offshore wind.
