About Alexander
Alexander Jullienne is an Associate in the Construction team at HFW, based in London. He specialises in both dispute resolution and avoidance, as well as non-contentious construction matters.
Alexander has experience advising a broad range of stakeholders including contractors, employers, and consultants across major infrastructure projects. His expertise spans the full lifecycle of construction projects, from drafting, amending and negotiating standard form and bespoke contracts – including FIDIC, NEC, ICC and JCT – to advising on ongoing project issues and dispute resolution.
He has acted in contentious cases involving mediation, adjudication, arbitration and litigation, with experience advising on claims relating to variations, termination, extensions of time, loss and expense, and prolongation and disruption.
Alexander has advised clients in the rail, water, highways and renewable energy sectors. He has a particular interest in Energy from Waste projects.
He is an Australian-qualified legal practitioner.
