About Samantha
Samantha is a Senior Associate in HFW’s Commodities team based in London.
Samantha specialises in international commodity trading and shipping. She primarily advises commodity trading companies, energy companies, and international trade associations in relation to contract reviews, contract drafting and dispute resolution, including arbitration, litigation and mediation. Samantha has experience acting for clients in international arbitrations under LCIA, SIAC, HKIAC, ICC and LMAA rules, as well as English High Court litigation.
She has experience advising clients on cases related to the sale, purchase, transportation and storage of commodities, with a particular focus on metals, precious metals and biomass.
Samantha has completed a secondment to the HFW Dubai office, where she advised on a range of transactional shipping matters.
