About Natasha
Natasha is a Senior Associate in the Construction group based in Sydney. She has experience in advising clients on a broad range of construction and engineering disputes and complex commercial disputes, including arbitration, expert determination, litigation, mediation and adjudication.
The disputes Natasha has dealt with vary from complex legal analysis of construction disputes arising from construction contracts to more recently property related disputes and commercial disputes generally.
Natasha has acted for principals, contractors, architects, engineers and joint ventures (incorporated and unincorporated) in various jurisdictions within Australia, including New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland.
Natasha is admitted to practice in NSW and to appear in the Federal and High Court of Australia.
