Khaled is an associate in our Corporate & Commercial team in Riyadh, advising clients on corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, corporate governance, joint ventures, and regulatory compliance. He has experience in conducting legal due diligence, drafting transactional documents, and coordinating regulatory approvals. 

Khaled has worked across various sectors, including energy, financial services, technology, insurance, and real estate, advising both private companies and government entities on matters related to local legal compliance, corporate governance, and cross-border transactions. He has contributed to high-value transactions and assisted international companies navigate entry into the Saudi market. 

He also has expertise in regulatory matters, commercial litigation, and financial services . Having lived, studied, and worked between Saudi Arabia, the UK, and the UAE, he brings diverse international experience to his practice. Khaled has full working proficiency in both Arabic and English and is quite familiar with Spanish and Hebrew.
