Ahmed is an Associate in HFW’s Corporate & Commercial team based in Riyadh, with a focus on capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance.
He has experience advising public companies on corporate governance and Capital Market Authority regulations, conducting legal due diligence and drafting transactional documents in M&A transactions.
Ahmed has worked across various sectors, including capital markets, sports, and advertising, and investment funds, advising both Saudi and international clients on market entry, and establishing regional headquarters in the Kingdom. He has contributed to the incorporation and conversion of corporate entities, drafted governance manuals for publicly traded companies, and assisted capital market institutions in fund establishment and regulatory approvals.
He brings international experience having studied and qualified in both Saudi Arabia and the United States, holding an LLM with honours from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law.
Ahmed has full working proficiency in both Arabic and English.
