About Ioana
Ioana is a member of the knowledge management team at HFW with a particular focus on corporate law. Ioana is based in London and focuses on the provision of corporate support for the Global Energy and Resources group and its clients, as well as on firmwide KM and legal training projects. Ioana has worked in corporate law for many years as both a PSL and a fee earner in a number of international firms.
Ioana qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 1999 and is also a member of the Bar having practiced as a barrister for a number of years. Ioana works closely with the global KM team and is involved in a number of firm-wide and client KM projects and technical training projects.
